Effective Interpersonal Skills

Effective communications characterize the essence of healthy employee relationships at all levels. Participants in this workshop learn effective listening, acknowledging, feedback, and questioning techniques. Development of these skills is reinforced by the completion of several self-assessment instruments and an action plan with specific goals
