Our Leader - Zach Doppel
 

 Zach Doppel is the President and Founder of Innovative Leadership Solutions, Inc., a company that focuses on leader and team development. Innovative Leadership Solutions, Inc., is an affiliate of Resource Associates Corporation, a world-class leader in learning and development.

He is a founding member of the Atlanta Consulting and Training Alliance, LLC, a partnership of consultants and training professionals who utilize each other as resources to better support clients' needs.

He is a five-time Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner and has 10 years of experience working with the Baldrige Criteria. He facilitates Baldrige-based organizational assessments and follow-up activities such as strategic planning and process improvement.
 
Zach conducts one-on-one coaching with leaders in organizations. He frequently consults with teams in crisis. He has over 15 years of experience facilitating teams and significant expertise in conducting outdoors-experiential training.
 
He retired from the US Army in 1993 as a Lieutenant Colonel and has a BA degree from Georgia State University and an MS degree in Management from Troy State University.

Zach is the President of the not-for-profit TrailBlazers Adventure Racing Club. Through his leadership the club has grown in just three years from an informal group of 24, to the largest adventure racing club in the United States with 11 chapters in six southeastern states. Zach has participated in competitive athletics for over 45 years in basketball, distance running, and adventure racing. He gives back to his community as a lifetime Red Cross donor, with the Outreach Ministry at his church, as a volunteer at a homeless shelter, and through community projects with the Lilburn Business Association. Zach and his wife Cathy have five children and eight grandchildren.
